The high-quality silicone seal and four sturdy grommets lock in an airtight environment, while the one-way air valve lets excess moisture escape so your bread stays soft instead of sweating and going stale. For best results, store fully dry bread. Moist bread will still develop mold over time.

Cleaning is simple. The drain tray at the bottom lifts out so you can wash every part by hand with warm soapy water. It is not dishwasher or microwave safe, so hand washing only. We also recommend giving it a quick clean before first use.
